Kristyn @ Cheesecake for BreakfastI’m Kristyn: eater, baker, cooker and feeder from New Zealand. I currently live in London with my husband Mischa, where I dream of owning two puppies in the short to medium-term future.

I have been baking and cooking since I was old enough to hold a wooden spoon and I love coming up with new recipes, so this blog is a chance for me to share them with all of you. My recipes range from decadent desserts, to quick week-night meals, to epic slow-cooked feasts, but the one thing they all have in common is fresh ingredients and loads of flavour.

The blog name is inspired by one of my favourite activities – eating leftover dessert for breakfast. I love opening the fridge the morning after a great dessert and seeing a leftover slice just sitting there begging to be devoured straight from the shelf. Of course conversely, there’s nothing more tragic than finding that someone has beaten you there and now only crumbs remain!
